Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus – The 16th Summit, 29-30 September
The Summit begins on 29 September with an exclusive Welcome Drinks Reception at the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, where attendees can reconnect and build new relationships while enjoying spectacular sunset views over the Bosphorus.
On 30 September, the 16th Dii Desert Energy Leadership Summit officially opens in the hotel’s elegant ballrooms, providing an exceptional setting to challenge the status quo and accelerate the energy transition.
Feriye Palace Restaurant – Drinks and Dinner Reception, 30 September
Attendees will gather at the Feriye Palace, an iconic waterfront venue overlooking the Bosphorus and Istanbul’s historic skyline, for an exclusive Drinks & Dinner Reception. Guests will enjoy outstanding local cuisine at a restaurant recognised in the Michelin Guide 2023 & 2024 and the Gault & Millau Guide.
Bosphorus River Cruise – Morning of 1 October
On the morning of 1 October, delegates will board the Baba Refik for a Bosphorus cruise to the final conference venue. Over a traditional Turkish breakfast, attendees will have the opportunity to network and participate in Dii’s interactive roundtables discussions while taking in the city’s iconic waterfront.
REAP Battery Factory – Day 2 of the 16th Summit, 1 October
The second day of the Summit will take place at the REAP Battery Factory in Tuzla, Istanbul. The factory is an advanced energy storage manufacturing and technology hub developed by REAP Battery, a subsidiary of YEO Teknoloji.
Conference attendees will be able to take part in an exclusive tour of the automated battery module and pack assembly lines, containerized energy storage system production, testing and quality control laboratories, as well as dedicated R&D and engineering units. The day will conclude with a barbecue in the evening.
