Ali İnal graduated from Doğuş University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and earned his master’s degree in IT Business Solutions from Alpen-Adria University in Austria. He also completed the “Gold for Business Leaders” executive program at HEC Business School in France.

He started his career at Advancity in 2001, focusing on technology research and software development. He later worked at Johnson Controls and served as Managing Director at Atos, where he led technical presales and deal solutioning across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. Following various managerial positions in the IT and technology sectors, he joined Enerjisa Üretim in July 2019 as Information Technology Director. At Enerjisa Üretim, Türkiye’s leading private power generation company with an installed capacity of more than 4,500 MW and one of the country’s largest renewable energy portfolios, he leads the company’s digital transformation and innovation agenda, with a focus on artificial intelligence, data-driven operations, cybersecurity and emerging technologies.

With 25 years of professional experience, İnal also serves as Managing Director of Senkron Digital, Enerjisa Üretim’s digitalization partner. Under his leadership, Senkron Digital develops advanced analytics, AI-powered energy management, remote operations and OT cybersecurity solutions designed to improve the performance, efficiency and resilience of energy assets. His work focuses particularly on the convergence of energy and technology and on how digital capabilities can support increasingly complex, renewable-based energy systems.
