Amir is the Executive Director of Project Finance at ACWA Power, responsible for the Central Asia and Africa regions.

He began his career working on social and transportation infrastructure assets, including high-speed railways in France. Over the past decade, he has focused on renewable energy, water desalination, and green hydrogen projects across Europe and the Middle East, holding roles in both project finance and business development.

Throughout his career, Amir has worked with investors, government procurers, and developers, giving him a broad perspective on the various stakeholders and their requirements.
