Andrea has a Ph.D. from DTU Denmark Technical University and MS.C. from University of Padua. 

He is acknowledged as a global industry-expert with several publications over 20 years in large and complex infrastructures deployment for power, green fuels, especially green hydrogen, and water desalination developed under PPP model. 

Since 2023-end, he is leading the datacenters development within Datavolt (a new vertical in the Vision Investment group) especially focused on complex AI factories developed at scale optimizing energy use and integrating circularity and sustainability means. 

Previously, Andrea was for long time the Global Head of Hydrogen and Head of Renewables at ACWA Power, where he was instrumental in developing many complex key infrastructures in the region and beyond.
