Andrei is a practitioner in the field of project finance, with more than 20 years of experience. Since 2021, Andrei has been with AMEA Power, and had directed the Project Finance Team, which leads debt structuring and negotiation, financial modeling and project finance activities for all the investments and bid proposals made by the firm.
