Mr. Ashoka Li is the Managing Director of Envision Energy for Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and the Caucasus, leading regional business development, strategic partnerships, and large-scale renewable energy projects. He brings over 18 years of international leadership experience, with a strong track record in market expansion, localization, and end-to-end operations in complex and high-growth markets. Prior to joining Envision Energy in 2025, Mr. Li held senior leadership roles at ZTE Corporation, including Managing Director of ZTE India, where he built one of the company’s most strategic overseas markets and received the Group Chairman’s Award twice. At Envision, he is driving expansion across Saudi Arabia and the broader region, while strengthening strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as ACWA Power. In Saudi Arabia, he is actively involved in joint venture initiatives supporting local manufacturing and contributing to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals in energy transition and industrial development. Mr. Li holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University.
