He has completed the Sabancı University PowerMBA, the Business Coaching Academy LEAD NOW! Program, and the Business Networking Academy Strategic Networking Program.

Throughout his career, he has played an active role in the development of national and international projects, the establishment of strategic partnerships, and the expansion into new markets.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development and Sales at YEO Teknoloji Enerji ve Endüstri A.Ş., Barış Esen is one of the managing partners of the company and steers its growth strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and the Balkans.

He provides sustainable, technology-driven solutions in areas such as wind energy, solar energy, energy storage, and power grids.
