Çağrı Güven is a Vice President at KfW IPEX-Bank, based in Istanbul, focusing on financing transactions primarily across the energy, financial institutions, and industrial sectors in Türkiye. His work mainly involves export credit agency backed financing, project finance, and structured lending solutions for corporate clients. He has been involved in a range of renewable energy projects, particularly in wind energy in recent years.

In addition to his banking role, Çağrı serves as Vice President of the Turkish Wind Energy Association (TWEA), where he is responsible for finance-related topics and engagement with financial institutions. Within TWEA, he takes a leading role in finance-related topics, actively contributing as the main responsible person in working groups, industry events, and related initiatives.

He also has previous experience in the Turkish banking sector, including roles at commercial banks where he worked on corporate lending, M&A, and energy financing transactions. Over time, he has been involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions, working with a range of clients and financing structures.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and an Executive MBA, and has 18 years of experience in the banking sector.
