Raghu Yabaluri is a Sr. Managing Director at Black & Veatch and the global oil & gas leader for their Infrastructure Advisory practice. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry across strategy, oil & gas exploration & developments, operations, digital and decarbonization.

Prior to Black & Veach, as a Partner at PwC Strategy& and Deloitte, Raghu built an oil & gas operations focused strategy and digital practice. He also led sustainability offerings focused on decarbonizing operations, CCUS and Hydrogen. He led multiple engagements with oil & gas companies across corporate strategy, capital project management, portfolio optimization, operations excellence, digital transformation, and M&A. Previously, as an executive at Shell, he led multiple exploration projects and discovered over a billion barrels in hydrocarbons (as a Geoscientist) and delivered strategic projects in Kazakhstan, Africa and India. He also led integrated business planning and operations at Cairn India to deliver record production and profits. Raghu holds an MBA from INSEAD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
